Supervisory Management Certificate

An engaged and productive workforce begins with your front-line supervisors.

The University of Tennessee's non-credit Supervisory Management Certificate program is designed to deliver practical information that is immediately applicable to your workplace. It gives supervisors a firm foundation upon which to build future leadership and management development.

A certificate is awarded upon completion of the following:

Four core courses: HR Basics for Supervisors, Introduction to Supervision, Mastering Your Time; and Problem Solving & Decision Making.

Three electives

One technology elective

Courses may be taken individually, but UT Professional & Personal Development will give priority to those who enroll in the certificate program.
