Certificate program helps supervisors build their management skills
The University of Tennessee's non-credit Supervisory Management Certificate will give supervisors a firm foundation upon which to build future leadership and management development.
A certificate is awarded upon completion of three required courses and three electives.
Courses may be taken individually, but priority will be given to those who enroll in the certificate program.
Course offered in Summer 2009:
HR Basics for Supervisors (June 26; $99)
Building Trust (July 8; $99)
UT Professional & Personal Development provides non-credit programs and courses for professional certification, business management, and leisure and life enhancement.
