Administrative Professional's Certificate

The UT Administrative Professionals Certificate is designed specifically for administrative professionals of various levels whose main job is to provide direct programmatic or management support.

The program provides a unique opportunity to develop strategies for achieving optimum work outcomes and to enhance communication skills (written and verbal).

A certificate is awarded upon completion of the following:

• Four core courses: Business Communication Skills, Effective Listening Skills, Mastering Your Time, and Customer Service

Three electives

One technology elective

Courses may be taken individually, but UT Professional & Personal Development will give priority to those who enroll in the certificate program.
