LJP welcomes information about publications on language and law, particularly
abstracts of published articles and citations to reviews of published
books.
- Text files containing such information may be emailed or
mailed (using a PC formatted diskette) directly to Prof. Bethany
Dumas, LJP
Editor. Even when sending rtf files, please include a
hard copy so that we may check the document's layout,
tables, etc. as items may corrupt during transmission.
You may also place your documents in free space areas on the Internet (ex
:FreeDrive) http://www.freedrive.com/
- PDF (portable document files) are the preferred format for submission. PDF
files may be emailed, as an attachment, directly to Prof. Bethany
Dumas, LJP
Editor.
Occasionally, LJP welcomes submissions for publication. At this time, please limit such submissions to multimedia files not
appropriate for paper publication (sound files, etc.)
Due to the size of multimedia files, it is not
recommended that you email them. Please contact Prof. Bethany
Dumas directly for instructions.
All decisions about publication are solely up to the editorial
staff of Language in the Judicial Process.
If
you have authored or know about items you want included in future issues,
please send complete bibliographic citations (including full first names
and full pagination). The preferred style is that of the LSA Style Sheet.
Items may be submitted by email, FTP, or snail mail. Hard copies should
accompany emails.
