The UT Conference Center–adjacent to two large national hotels–offers excellent meeting facilities for groups up to 300 with 14 breakout rooms, private boardrooms, a fully-networked computer training lab, and entertainment and dining areas. The full-service kitchen staff can provide a simple working lunch, a semi-formal banquet with full table service, or a picnic supper for 4,000. Let us help you plan meal events that are unique and memorable.

Location, Location, Location

Located in the heart of downtown Knoxville, the UT Conference Center is located in a bustling area that includes World’s Fair Park, Market Square, and the Knoxville Museum of Art. Many of Knoxville’s finest restaurants, UT’s main campus the Old City, Knoxville’s Riverfront, and several historic restorations are a stroll away. The UT Conference Center is across from Knoxville’s Convention Center–a half million square feet of beautiful meeting rooms and exhibition areas. The convention center’s spacious concourse provides exquisite views of Knoxville and World’s Fair Park.

Let Our Campus Be Your Classroom

The University of Tennessee campus offers a myriad of meeting venues for general sessions, classes and activities. The renovated auditorium in Alumni Memorial Building seats over 900 attendees. A spectacular venue for performers and audiences, the building also includes two smaller performance halls with seating for nearly 300 and 400 people. Thompson-Boling Assembly Center and Arena is a multi-purpose facility featuring seating for more than 21,000. The riverfront arena is an ideal venue for diverse events, conventions and meetings. The new 395,088-square-foot Student Union serves as the community center of campus and features various meeting and event spaces.

We’re into Sports and Recreation

The University of Tennessee campus is full of fun activities to keep your participants busy during free time. The new RecSports facility houses four basketball courts, a jogging track, racquetball courts, a 17,000 square foot fitness center, and an outdoor recreation center. Adjacent to the RecSports facility are tennis courts, sports fields and recreational space for activities such as handball, soccer, and volleyball.
