Fee:
$140 per person before September 5, 2008, includes program materials, lunch and breaks, and parking in the Locust Street garage or the Hilton Hotel garage (only). There will be an additional charge for all continuing education units. Fees become $165 per person on September 6, 2008. Please register by Sept. 5.
Time:
On-site registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on the day of the program. The seminar takes place between 8:15 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Continuing Education Units:
8.0 Continuing Professional Units (CPEs) and The University of Tennessee Continuing Education Units (CEUs) of 0.7, will be available to participants who complete the program requirements and pay a fee of $15. Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Units (CLEs) have been applied for and, if approved, will be available for a fee of $28. All continuing education forms will be available at the registration desk during the seminar.
Program Learning Objectives:
Following the completion of this Seminar the participants will have a comprehension of the current regulations and laws relating to the State of Tennessee business and individual taxes.
Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites to this course. No advance preparation is required for this course

Cancellation Policy:
Your registration fee minus a $25 processing fee will be refunded if it becomes necessary for you to cancel your registration before September 5, 2008. From September 6-17, 2008, the refund will be prorated to cover guarantees. There will be no refunds on or after September 18, 2008. Substitutions are welcome at any time. Cancellations and substitutions must be requested in writing.
