The UT Conference Center’s Atrium is the place where people come to meet. It is main gathering location for groups using the Center. The Atrium is an ideal place for breaks or networking receptions. Many groups use the Atrium to greet their conference guests and hold their event registration check-in. This part of the Center is also an ideal location for a limited number of exhibitor displays.

Ballroom

The 4,300-square foot Ballroom provides you with the ultimate in flexibility. From a classroom setting for 156, to a theater setting for more than 300 or a tasteful banquet for 300, this versatile space gives you the most options for choosing the most suitable seating arrangements for your event. But should you need a smaller spaces for your meeting, we can install the soundproof partition walls thus creating three separate 1,400-square foot meeting spaces that can be set anyway you desire.

Our beautiful new multi-use meeting space is called The Stone Room. This 2,100-square foot space now offers the flexibility to be set in a variety of ways, including classroom-style, theatre-style, or as an intimate dining space. The Stone Room is perfect for groups ranging from 30-90, but it can be arranged to hold a few more or less, depending on your needs.

Suite 400

Many groups enjoy the privacy and intimacy Suite 400 has to offer and often make it their first choice when using the Conference Center. Ideal for groups up to 50, the suite also has its own private dining room.

Computer Training Labs

The UT Conference Center features a state-of-the-art multimedia computer lab. Each lab is equipped with up-to-date Dell computers. Custom client software can easily be installed at each work station for employee or customer training programs. If you need an instructor for your computer training sessions, we can provide them through UT non-credit programs.

Dining Room

While any of the smaller breakout rooms can be adapted to seat small groups for meal functions, our main Dining Room is permanently dedicated to our client’s food service needs. The dining room is ideal for most lunches and dinners for groups up to 180. For larger groups, the Ballroom can accommodate up to 300. Meals of all kinds are available ranging from full table service menus to bountiful buffets can be provided. Our full-service kitchen makes it possible to provide your conference with everything from a soup and sandwich lunch for 10 people to a semi-formal banquet for 300 with full table service.

Executive Conference Room

Our elegantly appointed Executive Conference Room provides a formal but comfortable atmosphere for high-profile meetings and power lunches or dinners. It can accommodate up to 10 persons.
