University Conferences

Facilities: Audio Systems

Quality audio amplification is essential to the success of any large conference. That's why all of our major spaces have built-in speakers. There are 54 in the Ballroom, alone.

We monitor, mix and route your audio in our Master Control Room, and let you fine tune the volume with wall-mounted dials. A multitude of audio enhancement options are available to you.

Speaker podiums in standalone polished wood or tabletop versions.

Wired table, hand held or lapel microphones. Great values even for your smallest meetings.

Wireless hand held or lapel microphones. Many of our best presenters insist on these for movement flexibility.

Audio cassette player/recorders. We also often route audio from VCRs and computers through the house speakers.

Background music. Our BMI and ASCAP licenses allow us to play any CD or cassette.

We also offer audio recording and tape duplications of your sessions. Many clients sell tapes as after-meeting follow-ups.
